Victory Stories from YOU!

And now a word from…… YOU!   (You may click here to see stories of victory from other authors!)

This page’s purpose is to gather stories and input from you that have to do with victory amidst struggle, or at least hope amidst struggle that you are still going through.  Perhaps you have a humorous story to tell, or something that could be uplifting to someone else.  Perhaps you have an insight… whatever it is, I have found that many times we are deceived into thinking that we are isolated, and go through much of life alone, many times pretending for everyone else that all is well.  I have noticed my own self, when I have battled depression, it helped me to know that I was not alone.  Not that we want to revel in the the fact that someone else is suffering, but that we can pray for each other, encourage each other, and be comforted in the fact that we are not, in fact, alone.

What is important is that we maintain a spirit of humility and charity.  When we can share our lives in this manner, we can be a support to each other (rather than placing burdens on each other), we can be uplifted, and we can grow closer to the One who created us in the first place.  When we seek holiness and humility in loving God, and we seek to love our neighbor, we start to form a culture of life that no principality can stop.
